- All staff have been fully briefed daily on hygiene.
- All staff wash and sanitise their hands on entry to work and regularly throughout the day. Kitchen staff are wearing gloves in food prep areas.
- All Tables are sanitised thoroughly throughout the day.
- All glassware is washed at 60 degrees. Please do not ask us to 'use the same glass'
